Client wanted to diversify in food varieties and invest in fresh Champignon production. Client had no information about feasibility of investing in professional fresh mushroom farm in Georgia. It also had no expertise and knowledge in planning to run modern mushroom farm and wanted a transfer of foreign equipment. TBSC identified a suitable Dutch producer of mushroom equipments and organized their visit in Georgia and negotiation with Client. We performed desk research and collected statistical information on mushroom market, did interviews with large retailers and other potential clients, prepared an analytical report on financial forecast based on detailed analysis of mushroom cultivation cycle. The end result was comprehensive business plan, including description of investment phases and business development. We also prepared scenario analysis considering alternative production models.
