IMPLEMENTATION OF WORLD BANK ENTERPRISE RESTRUCTURING AND MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE PROJECT, TBILISI, GEORGIA.

This Project was implemented by the CERMA (Center for Enterprise Restructuring and Management Assistance). The TBSC principal managed teams of consultants working in twenty private Georgian companies in a wide variety of industries. The overall project objective was to improve the overall performance of the companies. This included corporate development in virtually every functional area of the companies. The permanent consulting staff was over 40 individuals and the total budget was one million USD. This project was executed in 2000 to 2001 and was the introduction of the TBSC principal to Georgia and Georgian enterprise
