Georgian Post wanted to develop 5 year strategy. The purpose of the strategy was to enhance its organizational capacity in order better to fulfill its mission and meet the expectations of its stakeholders. TBSC Consulting conducted initial assessment of the organizational needs: on the one hand consultants held about 35 interviews with company top management and employees to understand the current situation; on the other hand, the consultants got introduced with international best practices in Postal industry. As a result of 7 weeks work, TBSC Consulting prepared a full analysis of the current situation and the strategic challenges which was introduced and accepted by the management. As the next step, TBSC Consulting prepared the long-term organizational vision and 5 year plan of strategic change management, including strategic options of development as well as options of capacity building and organizational performance improvement.
