TBSC undertook a strategy study for New School. New School had both an emerging international school in Tbilisi and a Georgian school. The international school was targeting at the international customers who where foreign families in Tbilisi who had children. New School was looking for characterization of the market and recommendations on how to attract families better. TBSC learned that the market for international families was not as large; according to this finding New School decided to change its strategy and started focusing more on the Georgian families. Over the course of the project, TBSC worked with its colleagues in New School, Director of the school and Elementary and Primary Principals. Project was largely performed on a pro-bono basis.
