Client was planning to build a new 2 000 metric ton (MTN) Controlled-Atmosphere Cold-Storage (CACS) near Mtskheta and Gori, Georgia. The primary purpose of the CACS was to replace the existing out-dated Agritechnics cold-storage and allocate an additional 1 000 MTN of space for commercial use. TBSC undertook a pre-feasibility study of the cold-storage.
