TBSC undertook this project for USAID/HICD PLUS Project. Georgian Association of Regional Broadcasters (GARB) is a membership-based, non-governmental, non-profit organization that has a membership of 22 regional television broadcasters (out of 26 in the country). The key problem to address was the deficiencies with the financial sustainability of GARB. Since one of the main ways GARB aims to improve its financial condition is by helping its members sell more advertising time or even selling the media time for them, most of the work is concerned with sales. Team has prepared Regional Advertising Market Report, Marketing Strategy for GARB and its Sales Department Plan. TBSC also developed recommendations concerning the Financing Strategy of GARB.
