In 2008 TBSC has conducted Wage and Benefit Survey for 10 large Industrial Companies (TAM, Mina, Heidelberg Cement, Madneuli, etc.). In scope of this project, we evaluated all the positions in the company, assessed the job descriptions and benefit systems. As a result of the project, we assigned all positions to the job grades/levels and determined their target wage levels. We also identified the most common benefit systems among industrial companies in Tbilisi and its surrounding territories. The number of employees in these companies ranged from 190 to 2 200.
