Our client Mendez England and associate inc (ME&A) retained TBSC to do HCID performance assessment at the GYLA. We investigated 8 areas for intensive fact finding and did syntheses to identify performance gaps. Results paper showed that performance gap was in comprehensive operations. We reviewed this paper with management and worked with them on the development of these performance gaps. TBSC had a team of 8 functional specialists who spend 3 weeks on rapid diagnoses 2 weeks on conclusion and 2 weeks on recommendations.
