TBSC Consulting collaborated with Publicity Group to enhance NAEC’s communication practices, focusing on engaging with stakeholders, target groups, and the general public. The ultimate goal was for NAEC to play a more significant role in shaping evidence-based policies in the education sector. In the short term, the project aimed to strengthen NAEC’s strategic communications, particularly through public dialogue.
To achieve these objectives, TBSC conducted interviews and desk research to identify areas for improvement within NAEC. Subsequently, we provided actionable recommendations for enhancing NAEC’s performance. Our support extended to the implementation phase, which involved organizing training sessions, offering coaching, and creating written guidelines to help NAEC effectively put these recommendations into practice.
