A private investor was interested to enter Georgian market and invest in very large beef farm for 10 000-unit livestock and 100 M$ investment to substitute imported beef with the high level domestically produced beef. Investor was willing to assess the feasibility of creating this farm. TBSC selected governmental actions and found out that beef production in Georgia is expensive but could be economically viable. Such farm could significantly increase the average quality and improve Georgia’s food security concerns for beef.
