TBSC worked as the corporate development unit of Margebeli JSC. TBSC created a development strategy for the holding, identified new growth opportunities, assisted in managing strategic projects and fundraising, searched for potential partners and delivered presentations. TBSC was also involved in identifying problems in the management of vertically integrated holding company and come up with performance improvement methods.
