Following the recommendations given in the previous market study for Tushetian wool, Caritas Czech Republic (Charita Česká republika) hired TBSC Consulting once again for conducting a feasibility study. The objective of this Project was to analyze and demonstrate the value of having a suitable wool-processing factory. To accomplish the proposed objective, we designed the approach that was made of six consequential Steps: collect more evidence on supply and demand; select small-scale wool processing technologies; create investment schedule; model and forecast operation costs; determine economic feasibility and produce final document. TBSC developed three alternative scenarios for the existing wool-processing factory in Kakheti. Based on financial data, we identified the best option and the amount of investment required to make it feasible.
