IDENTIFYING AND EXPLORING POTENTIAL CLIENTS IN GEORGIA FOR MODRALOG.(2012)

Modralog is a Czech-based intra-logistics company providing warehousing solutions for companies in the Middle East, North America and former CIS countries. The company is currently planning to expand into Georgian market and approached TBSC to identify potential clients in warehousing industry. On the first phase, TBSC developed the database of potential clients with a complete set of information about the warehouses. By applying different criteria, TBSC created a short-list of Georgian companies interested in Modralog products. On the second phase, TBSC consultants conducted B2B meetings with individual shortlisted companies and more information was collected about warehouses from the site visit, as well as direct feedback from the companies. Based on B2B meetings, TBSC appointed meetings for Modralog’s representatives with Georgian companies interested in cooperating with the Client. TBSC also accompanied Modralog’s representative during each meeting and provided organizational assistance.
