TBSC Consulting implemented the Performance Solutions Package together with the Association for USAID/HICD PLUS Project. In the previous project (performance assessment), TBSC formulated the interventions to be undertaken. TBSC then won the subsequent (this) project. The interventions were in three main areas: Board And Governance, Management and Committee Structure. TBSC helped the staff prepare the Board meetings, attended the Board Meetings and coached the Board members in conducting effective governance-oriented meetings. Team assisted the Association in developing a business model and committee structure. The Project achieved two main results: a much more effective decision-making process during Board meetings (as acknowledged by USAID) and the membership increase by 90 percent in four months.
