BUSINESS PLAN FOR NEW PRODUCTION LINE FOR WOMEN HYGIENE PRODUCTS. (2008)

Italian Georgian Industries Group (IGI Group) approached TBSC to prepare a comprehensive Business Plan for establishing a new production line. The main objectives of the Business Plan was to estimate the size of the market for thin pads, understand the competitive situation for thin pads and forecast the overall profitability of the new production line. The Business Plan presented a business case for IGI Group to establish the new line and was later used for attracting necessary financing.
