IOCC together with Georgian Patriarchate was planning to invest in a medium-size beef farm in Georgia. To make an informed decision partners needed a business plan that would evaluate the profitability of 100-cow beef farm in Georgia and access the competition on the market. TBSC Consulting was hired to conduct the feasibility study and assess the viability of investment. We collected the market and cost data, analyzed the current problems and constraints and learned about needs for the sales outlets and retailers. Partners used the results of the business plan to make the final investment decision and reevaluate the required scope for investment.
