TBSC Consulting has been hired by Georgian Wine And Spirits Company to develop a business plan. Recently, GWS has been acquired by Marussia Beverage Georgia which itself, is a subsidiary of the Dutch group Marussia Beverages BV. The Marussia Beverage Group plans to establish successful performance of Georgian wines on export markets. TBSC Consulting developed a market research component of business plan for Georgian Wine And Spirits Company. Part of TBSC’s work was to analyze 12 export markets for GWS and Chateau Mukhrani wines based on the primary information of country market reports. We also developed production cost model as a part of financial forecast. The project is still in process which will include development of full-fledged financial forecast.
