IDENTIFYING AND EXPLORING POTENTIAL RE-SELLER IN GEORGIA FOR MODRALOG. (2013)

Modralog is a EU based intralogistics company providing warehousing solutions for companies in the Middle East, North Africa and former CIS countries. The company is familiar with Georgian market and conducted several B2B meetings with potential clients for its products and services with the help of TBSC Consulting. For the new project Modralog commissioned TBSC Consulting to identify the potential partners for future cooperation and presence in Georgian market. The objectives of the project were to conduct a desk analysis of traders (importers or re-sellers) of warehouse products or solutions, to identify potential partners, introduce the client to potential partners, and confirm initial expression of interest. TBSC Consulting has conducted intensive secondary research and telephone calls as well as actual site visits and face-to-face meetings to accomplish the objectives.
