SJS USA decided to open cold storage in Poti. Company had no previous experience in the business and needed strategic plus financial partner for the project. TBSC prepared the investment proposal for the client and traveled to the largest conference of cold-storage operators in the world to find the suitable partner. The deal was made with one of the prime international cold-storage operators to invest in the business and operate the cold storage. TBSC also assisted client to fill out the application for OPIC financing. TBSC also operated a representative office for Company in regards to this and other projects.
