A Latvian producer of very high-quality paper packaging, Q-Carton (Qvadra Pak) contacted TBSC. It was interested in identifying potential clients in Georgia and holding negotiations with them. Client gave TBSC a list of sectors based on which Team identified ten large consumers of such type of packaging. Team conducted introductory meetings with those potential clients. During the meetings, Team had to introduce Q-Carton to the company, find out from whom the company purchased the packaging at the time, at what price and if they may be interested in an offer from Q-Carton. TBSC also obtained the contact information from each of those meetings.
