TBSC Consulting supported GOGC on a complex organizational assistance project. The project included two-fold organizational development components: Process reengineering and Development of HR function. Process reengineering included around 25 processes which covered most of the organization. The methodology of process reengineering consisted of several distinct steps: a) it began with intensive study of current process by interviewing key people per process b) TBSC team analyzed the current processes to identify problematic areas i.e. opportunities for improvement c) TBSC team optimized the process and described it both in written and visual form. As for Development of HR function, it included three distinct sub-components: position descriptions (jobs descriptions), pay-grade system (evaluation of individual positions and matching salary levels to them) and recommendations for development of HR function based of current gap analysis. Essential part of the both components was to assist GOGC in implementing whatever changes were proposed. TBSC consultants provide coaching and guidance even some time after the project’s official closure.
