In 2009 and 2010 TBSC has conducted Wage and Benefit Survey for 17 International and Large Georgian Companies (BP, HSBC, Maersk, AmCham, Radisson, GGMW, UGT, etc.). In scope of this project we evaluated all the positions in the company, assessed the job descriptions and benefit systems. As a result of the project we created the assigned all positions to the job grades/levels and determined their target wage levels. We also identified the most common benefit systems among international companies in Georgia. The recommendations were created for all the companies on the wages and benefits for the individual employees. Number of employees in these companies ranged from 30 to 1 400.
