TBSC Consulting was commissioned by the Embassy of the Kingdom of The Netherlands, in cooperation with The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) to coordinate is a project for Georgian flower growers and flower importers. The projects was preceded by the comprehensive overview and needs assessment of the cluster, identifying the key actors of the cluster. The objective of this project is to assist the Georgian flower cluster to develop import substitution and export orientation through the introduction and transferring of the leading Dutch flower growing and trading technologies. Within the framework of this project, the seminar will be led by leading Dutch industry experts, who will present information about modern Dutch flower industry practices.
